Clients that are 13+ years old, struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use addiction, ADHD, Bi-polar I/II, LGBTQ+, Active duty military and Veterans, grief disorder, men's health, Couples ( polyamorous included), ESRD, DCFS/Court involved.
Refer elsewhere
Active psychiatric crisis or acute risk requiring immediate stabilization, OCD, eating disorders, sexual trauma, domestic violence, psychosis, will consult if not listed.
A simple, structured path from first contact to first session.
Two ways-
Send us a direct referral including an ROI and we will outreach the client.
Use self schedule portal for direct and immediate scheduling.
With a signed ROI we will keep you updated on current status of the client.
If not fit for our care with client permissions we will support approperate referral to external provider.
We have a self scheduling portal for client's to self manage their appointments to increase accessibility and decreased missed sessions.
If requested and ROI, we can provide bi-weekly, or monthly progress reports.
The client begins ongoing care.
We follow up with referring organizations as needed/requested for holistic treatment/ court processes.
